Due to the high rent level in Hofheim am Taunus and the comparatively small amount of available office space in the city centre, the Hofheim Innovation Centre, hiz for short (formerly Gründerzentrum) at Feldstraße 1 in Hofheim offers young, small and medium-sized service companies the opportunity to realize innovative business ideas in affordable office space in a central location in the district town.
The aim and mission is to offer founders and young companies in future-oriented sectors an optimal start-up and development environment.
We, the economic development agency of the city of Hofheim am Taunus, not only support you with the offer of affordable office space, but also want to provide you as a start-up company with information about the economy and at the same time serve as a permanent contact for questions about your self-employment.

Are you looking for a prestigious meeting or seminar room for your company or an event, but have neither the space nor the necessary equipment in your own premises? Do you need a change of scenery from your home office and are looking for a quiet place to work?
We can help you with this. At hiz , we are happy to offer you an attractive room for up to 15 people as well as other services at moderate prices. In addition to the approx. 35 m² meeting room, there is an equipped kitchenette where you can chill drinks or prepare small meals. The bright, friendly room can be rented from Monday to Saturday and is available for weekend seminars as well as evening events. Do you simply need a change of scenery or a space for mobile working? That's no problem either. Our seminar rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi and the latest generation of smartboards for presentations, video conferences and much more.
Are you just looking for a small meeting room? In addition to our large seminar room, we can also offer a smaller conference room (approx. 16 m²), which is ideal for coaching sessions, mediations and meetings of all kinds for small groups of people.

You can find the rental conditions for the rooms in the HIZ below:
Seminar room I (35 m²)
- 3 hours = 80,- €, each additional hour 20,- €
- 1 day = 130,- €
Seminar room II (16 m²)
- 3 hours = 50,- €, each additional hour = 15,- €
- 1 day = 80,- €
The statutory VAT, currently 19%, is already included in the above prices.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to hire rooms on Sundays and public holidays.

Hofheim is located on the southern edge of the Taunus between Wiesbaden city center (17 km west) and Frankfurt city center (17 km east).
Directions:
From Frankfurt (A 66):
Exit Hofheim-Nord/Zeilsheim. At the large intersection, go straight on into Zeil, then take the second right.
From Wiesbaden (A3, A66): Wiesbadener Kreuz, direction Frankfurt. Take the Hofheim/Weilbach exit. Turn right towards Hofheim Stadtmitte, go straight on past the train station towards Hattersheim, turn left at the second set of traffic lights into Schmelzweg, turn left again at the next set of traffic lights. Drive straight on for approx. 300 m across the large crossroads into Zeil, then take the second road on the right.
