  • We advise the city council on matters that affect senior citizens and also participate in committees and bodies for this purpose.
  • We seek personal contact with senior citizens in all districts in order to be able to take targeted action.
  • We take up your wishes and suggestions and either process them ourselves or pass them on to competent contacts.
  • We work together with the administration to develop proposed solutions.
  • We promote coexistence between the generations.
  • We promote awareness of barrier-free living for all.
  • We develop ideas to improve the quality and situation of life for the older generation.
  • We are involved in municipal planning and implementation of measures and programs for older people, e.g. in the areas of housing and mobility.
  • We work towards improvements in the transport sector - especially in local public transport - because maintaining mobility is fundamental to active ageing.
